
Ingredients:
- 2 Haddock Fillets (Cut into 2 portions each)
- 330ml Beer
- 200g Self Raising Flour
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 No. Lemon (Cut into 4)
- Seasoned Flour to coat the fish
Optional Extras: Mushy Peas, Tartare Sauce

BEER BATTERED FISH ‘N’ CHIPS, MUSHY PEAS AND TARTARE SAUCE
Method:
Mix the flour into the beer to a smooth consistency that coats the back of a spoon and then season, adjust the flour or beer to gain the right consistency, season
When ready to serve flour the haddock fillet in seasoned flour, dip into the batter and place into the deep fat fryer at 180oC for 3 – 4 minutes till golden brown turning half way through.
Serve with mushy peas, Peets Homemade Tartare sauce a wedge of lemon and your favourite chips.
